Refund/Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:


  • All items must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • All items returned must be in original packaging.
  • The items must be sent no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, if more than 14 days have passed since receiving the item, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange. Do however, feel free to contact us via email as we understand there may be case to case basis - we will endeavour to rectify issue fairly.
  • We will inspect the goods upon return and refund the amount to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable. Please use a tracked shipping method to return items as we cannot bear responsibility for packages undelivered or lost in transit.

Return process:

  • Please email support@theuniversalbar.com.au and include your order number and reason for return.
  • Ensure all the above conditions are met and please ship items to the given address. Please ensure all items are put back in their original packaging carefully when you return them. Please be aware customers bear responsibility for the packaging and items until we have received them.
  •  Upon satisfactory inspection, we will refund the amount to the returner. Shipping fees are non-refundable and also highly recommend tracked shipping method for returns are we do not bear responsibility for packages lost in transit or undelivered.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to process. 

Damaged goods/incorrect item

  • We are aware that accidents do happen in transit. In the event that your package arrives damaged - please take photos of the damaged items and send to support@theuniversalbar.com.au with your order number. We will endeavour to send a replacement immediately.
